I specialize in booking all things Disney - Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani and Adventures by Disney. I also book Universal, major ocean and river cruise lines, as well as some resorts such as Baha Mar, Hyatt Ziva, and Canyon Ranch.

Resorts, itineraries, dining, park strategy — all thoughtfully handled. I email you a proposal and a secure credit card authorization for when you are ready to put a deposit on your future memories.
Step 3: We put the deposit down on the trip that you love.
This takes your room/cabin off inventory and locks in the price - if a promotion comes out that matched your exact trip, I can apply it to your reservation.
Step 4: I send information every step of the way
I want to make sure you have all the information needed so we can collaborate and craft a trip that you are looking for. I send information every step of the way - I send it approximately two weeks before the step so all the information is current and we have an opportunity to chat about it and I can answer any questions you have.

"We just returned from our family trip to Disney World. This was the second vacation that we planned with Heather Fiory and we couldn’t be more thankful for how smooth and easy all our time was organized by Heather. We began planning this June 26th trip in January. Heather asked all the questions required to get this trip booked for 6 family members, 2 rooms, Park Hopper Passes, airport transportation, dinner reservations and more. After looking for the required times and dates that had to be completed for our hotel, dinner and other reservations, I can’t imagine the effort and coordination Heather would have to do to get it all completed. (Not to mention being up at 12 am to get the best reservations!). In addition to our 4 day park hopper at Disney parks, we had asked to schedule 2 days at Universal Studios as well. Heather included this request into our schedule for perfect 7 day coordination. She also made recommendations for day to day transportation that would reduce travel time. We stayed at the Polynesian Resort and some travel was great by Monorail but many other locations were better by Uber/Lyft than using the Disney Buses. It was inexpensive since 6 passenger vehicles were always available, waiting less than 5-6 minutes for one to show up. Planning with Lightning Passes at Disney and Express Passes at Universal Studios were also clearly planned and communicated to us by Heather. She gave us great tips and really helped us prepare to schedule our lightning lane passes, which we were able to do in a breeze based on her recommendations and information. We zipped through the lines on all the rides at all of the Disney parks and also the Universal Studios parks, which was extremely important to us in the heat, humidity and rain we worked through. Again, we have to thank Heather for making this one of the best vacations we have had in many years!! (Since she did our last trip 9 years ago!). We would absolutely use Heather again to make our trip as easy and enjoyable as possible."
